Description
These Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles are bold, quick, and packed with flavor. Tender chicken is tossed in a sticky garlic sauce with noodles that absorb every drop. A better-than-takeout dinner ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onion stalks, chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes or 1 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
8 oz ramen or lo mein noodles
1 tbsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

2. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
3. Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper.
4. Coat the chicken with cornstarch.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
6. Add chicken and cook until browned.
7. Add minced garlic and cook briefly.
8. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin, honey, and chili flakes or sriracha.
9. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
10. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
11. Toss until noodles absorb the sticky garlic sauce.
12. Drizzle with sesame oil.
13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for better texture.
Add vegetables if desired.
Adjust spice level based on your preference.
