Ingredients
1 lb steak, sliced thin
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
3. Cook steak slices until browned and cooked to your preference, then remove from skillet.
4. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to coat with pan juices.
5. Lower heat and stir in shredded cheese and sour cream until creamy.
6. Add diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cooked steak to the skillet.
7. Mix everything together and heat through.
8. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
Adjust jalapeños for desired spice.
Use fresh cilantro for best flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
