Description
Quick & easy Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs simmer in a rich brown gravy made from seasoning packets and beef broth. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a delicious comfort dinner.
Ingredients
1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs
2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Add frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
3. Whisk beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire in a bowl.
4. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and stir gently.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
6. Mix cornstarch and cold water together.
7. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker.
8. Cook an additional 10 minutes until the gravy thickens.
9. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use any frozen meatballs you like.
Do not thaw the meatballs.
Reduced-sodium broth prevents the gravy from becoming too salty.
Adjust cornstarch for desired gravy thickness.
