Description

Tender garlic butter beef bites slow-cooked with soft, buttery potatoes for a rich, comforting dinner with minimal effort.


Ingredients

2 lbs beef stew meat or beef bites

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

6 tbsp butter, melted

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried thyme

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Season the beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.

2. Heat oil in a skillet and sear beef until browned.

3. Place potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.

4. Add beef bites on top of potatoes.

5. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme.

6. Pour garlic butter mixture over beef and potatoes.

7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

8. Stir gently before serving.

9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use baby gold potatoes for best texture.

Add extra garlic for stronger flavor.

Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables for a full meal.
