1/2 cup milk
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup frozen corn
4 cups sliced potatoes (about 1.5 pounds)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or preferred variety)
1 teaspoon chili powder
