Instructions
Step 1 : Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Step 2 : In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cannabis-infused coconut oil and sherb cake concentrate (if using), ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Fold in chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
- Fill each cupcake liner with the batter, about 2/3 full, and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
