This Pink Salt Grilled Salmon is the ultimate quick & healthy dinner 🍋🔥 Seasoned to perfection with fresh herbs and Himalayan salt!
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt (coarse)
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush lightly with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix lemon zest, dill, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Rub the seasoning mix onto the salmon fillets.
Sprinkle the pink Himalayan salt generously over the top of the fillets to create a light crust.
Place lemon slices on each fillet and let them sit for 5 minutes while the grill heats.
Grill salmon fillets skin-side down for 5-6 minutes, then flip carefully and grill another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
