This Peanut Butter Pie is a creamy no-bake dessert with a chocolate Oreo crust, whipped cream topping, and chocolate drizzle. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies (not double-stuffed)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
Chopped peanuts
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Butterscotch syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into 9-inch pie pan and chill 30 minutes.
2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
5. Spread filling over crust and smooth top.
6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and drizzle chocolate or butterscotch syrup.
7. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth filling.
Whip heavy cream well for airy texture.
Add more chocolate drizzle for extra indulgence.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
