Ingredients
4 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
3 large eggs
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/8 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1/2 cup butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
4. Stir in vanilla extract and pour into graham cracker crust.
5. In a bowl, toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
6. Spread apple mixture evenly over cheesecake layer.
7. Mix oats, remaining sugar, and melted butter to form a crumble.
8. Sprinkle topping over apples.
9. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until set.
10. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
