Scale

1 package phyllo dough

            1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups mixed nuts (pistachios, walnuts)

            1 tsp ground cinnamon

            1 cup honey

            1 cup water

            1/2 cup sugar

            1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

            2. Lay 8 sheets of phyllo dough in a greased baking pan, brushing each with melted butter.

            3. Sprinkle a layer of chopped nuts and cinnamon on top.

            4. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.

            5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and crispy.

            6. Prepare the honey syrup by simmering honey, water, sugar, and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
