Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp dried chili peppers
2 large eggs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 tbsp sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
3. Mix flour, red pepper flakes, and salt in a separate bowl.
4. Dip chicken pieces into eggs, then coat with flour mixture.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Fry chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and drain.
