Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)

1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)

1 packet brown gravy mix (1 oz)

1 cup chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1/2 cup sour cream

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.

2. Whisk ranch mix, gravy mix, broth, and cream of chicken soup.

3. Pour mixture over chicken and coat well.

4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours until tender.

5. Shred chicken with two forks.

6. Stir in sour cream.

7. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

9. Garnish with parsley.

10. Freeze leftovers for future meals.

Notes

Add onions or garlic for extra flavor.

This dish freezes very well.
