Description
Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Sticks are crunchy, buttery, and coated in sweet cinnamon sugar. Perfect for snacking or gifting.
Ingredients
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking soda
2 tbsp cinnamon
17 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
10 tbsp butter
9 1/2 cups water
Instructions
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 minutes
2. Combine flour and salt, add yeast mixture, knead until smooth
3. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheets
4. Roll dough into pretzel sticks, arrange on baking sheets
5. Boil water and baking soda, dip pretzels for 30 seconds
6. Brush pretzels with melted butter
7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over pretzels
8. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden, cool slightly before serving
Notes
Use fresh yeast for better results
Ensure water is warm to activate yeast
Coat evenly with butter for best cinnamon sugar adhesion
