Ingredients
1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
4 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 8-ounce block Cream cheese, softened
3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Lightly grease your slow cooker
2. Layer frozen pierogies at the bottom
3. Add sliced kielbasa on top
4. Combine chicken broth, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth
5. Pour mixture over pierogies and kielbasa
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top
7. Cook on low for 4-5 hours until pierogies are tender
8. Serve hot, optionally garnish with fresh herbs
