Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
5 cups diced potatoes
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
2. Drain excess grease and transfer beef to the crockpot.
3. Add diced potatoes, onion, and garlic.
4. Pour in the beef broth.
5. Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
6. Stir until everything is combined.
7. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
8. Stir in heavy cream.
9. Add cheddar cheese and let it melt into the soup.
10. Mix until creamy and smooth.
