Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Pat chicken tenders dry and place in a bowl.
3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning, and pepper until smooth.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken tender.
5. Arrange coated chicken on the baking sheet.
6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
8. Top with crumbled bacon.
9. Broil for 1 minute to melt cheese and crisp the edges.
10. Serve warm with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheddar for best results.
Add more bacon for extra crunch.
