Crack Burgers are juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Ground chuck mixed with ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar makes every bite irresistible. Perfect for backyard barbecues and weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

1 ½ lb ground chuck

3 Tbsp sour cream

2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix

⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Hamburger buns

Lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo (for topping)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly combined.

2. Form mixture into 6 even patties. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty.

3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.

4. Cook patties until desired doneness: Medium-rare 130–135°F, Medium 140–145°F, Well-done 160°F. Flip carefully and do not press.

5. Toast hamburger buns if desired.

6. Serve burgers with lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, or preferred toppings.

Notes

Don’t overmix the meat.

Use cold hands to form patties.

Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.

Let burgers rest for a few minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
