Ingredients

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp granulated sugar

Pinch of sea salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp water

1/2 tsp orange zest


Instructions

1. Place cranberries and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Cook until cranberries soften and burst.

3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

4. Beat softened butter until creamy.

5. Add honey, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and orange zest. Mix.

6. Fold in cooked cranberries gently.

7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

8. Serve on warm rolls, muffins, or toast.
