Description
A warm, hearty Chicken Tortellini Soup made with tender chicken breast, vegetables, and cheese tortellini in a rich, flavorful broth.
Ingredients
1 1/4 lb bone-in chicken breast
3/4 cup sliced carrots
2 celery ribs, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, chopped
6 cups chicken broth
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups (10 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
Instructions

2. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
3. Add onion, carrots, and celery and sauté until softened.
4. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
5. Add chicken breast to the pot.
6. Pour in chicken broth.
7. Add Italian seasoning, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
8. Bring to a gentle boil.
9. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked.
10. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
11. Add tortellini and cook until tender.
12. Stir in butter for richness.
13. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Add spinach for extra nutrients.
Adjust hot sauce for more heat.
