These Butterfinger Balls are the ultimate candy indulgence. The crunchy, peanut buttery center surrounded by smooth, velvety chocolate creates a perfect balance of sweetness and texture.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 5 bars)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for smooth chocolate coating)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined. The mixture should be sticky but firm enough to form into balls.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
- While the balls are freezing, melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, adding coconut oil if desired to make the chocolate smoother.
- Once the balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, fully coating each ball. Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating hardens.
